Blink Captions for schools early access

Parents read what the teacher says in their own language, on their own phone, during the conference.

What the paid version does

  • Parents use their own phone. No shared tablet to pass back and forth across the table.
  • Each parent reads their language. At a back-to-school night, Spanish, Arabic, and Vietnamese speakers each read the same talk in their own language.
  • Live, while the teacher speaks. Parents follow the conference as it happens instead of waiting for a written summary.

About Fluxenic

What could delay it

Blink Captions for schools is in development. We build first what people reserve, so a date can slip. If Blink Captions for schools isn't delivered by 29 November 2026, every payment is refunded in full.

Questions

What does joining the early list cost?

Nothing. You leave your email address and get an email when Blink Captions for schools opens. Reserving with a first payment is optional.

Is the price per teacher or per school?

Per school. The planned price is $49 a month for one school.

Does it replace an interpreter?

No. For a meeting where a misunderstanding has consequences, such as a special education or discipline meeting, book a qualified interpreter. Blink Captions is for the many conversations where no interpreter is in the room.

Why not Microsoft Translator's join code?

Microsoft retired it. The Translator app's store listing says: "The multi-device conversation feature has been retired." The guide quotes the release notes and lists what works instead.
