Fill in your details, check the live preview, then press Copy signature and paste it into Gmail or Outlook. The signature is built from tables and inline styles, the format email apps display most reliably.
How it works
- Fill in the fields you want; empty fields are left out of the signature.
- The preview shows exactly what will be copied: a table with inline styles, which Gmail and Outlook keep when you paste.
- Copy signature copies the formatted signature for pasting into Gmail or Outlook. Copy HTML copies the code, for apps that take HTML (such as Thunderbird or a help-desk tool).
- Paste it into your email app with the steps below.
Add it to Gmail (on a computer)
- Press Copy signature above.
- In Gmail, click the gear icon → See all settings.
- On the General tab, scroll to Signature, click Create new and give it a name.
- Click in the signature box and paste (Ctrl+V, or ⌘+V on a Mac).
- Under Signature defaults, choose it for new emails and for replies, then click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Add it to new Outlook for Windows or Outlook on the web
- Press Copy signature above.
- In Outlook, click the gear icon (Settings) → Account → Signatures.
- Click New signature, name it, then click in the box and paste.
- Choose it under For new messages and For replies/forwards, then click Save.
Add it to classic Outlook for Windows
- Press Copy signature above.
- In Outlook, click File → Options → Mail → Signatures…
- Click New, type a name and click OK, then click in Edit signature and paste.
- Choose it for New messages and Replies/forwards, then click OK.
FAQ
Is this email signature generator free?
Yes, it is free with no sign-up, and you can switch off the small “Made with Blink Brief” link with the checkbox.
Why doesn’t my logo show?
Email apps load the logo from its link each time, so it must be a PNG or JPG at a public https:// address that opens without a login. An SVG logo doesn’t show in Outlook 2007 to 2016 for Windows; Outlook 2019, Outlook.com and Apple Mail show it, and Gmail shows it after turning it into a PNG (Can I email, read on 3 November 2026).
Is what I type sent anywhere?
No, the signature is built in your browser and nothing you type is sent to Blink Brief; the preview only loads your logo from the link you give.
Why are the social links words instead of icons?
Text links always show, while icon images are often blocked or shown as attachments until the reader allows images.
Can my whole team get the same signature?
Each person can make theirs here with the same logo and color, and our team version, in development (see Paid version, above), will roll one design out to everyone and update it in one place.
