    Add your company name and logo, take a photo of each item you check, mark it OK, Needs attention, or Fail, and write a note. Your client signs on the screen, and you download a PDF report to send them.

    How it works

    1. Photos. "Take photo" opens your phone's camera; "Choose photo" picks one you already took. Each photo is turned upright and reduced to at most 1600 pixels on its long side, on your device.
    2. Status and notes. Each item gets OK, Needs attention, or Fail and a note. The summary counts the three for you.
    3. Signature. Your client signs in the box with a finger. The signature, their name, and the date go at the end of the report.
    4. The PDF. The report is built in your browser with the open-source jsPDF library: your logo and company name at the top, the client and site details, the summary, each item with its photo and a coloured status, and page numbers.

    Is this inspection report maker free?

    Yes. It is free, with no sign-up and no limit on reports or items. Each PDF carries a small "Made with Blink Brief" line at the foot of the page.

    Does it work on my phone at the site?

    Yes. It is made for a phone: open this page in Safari or Chrome, take photos with the camera, have the client sign with a finger, and download the PDF. Once the page has loaded, building the report needs no signal.

    Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

    No. Photos, notes, and the signature stay in your browser and go only into the PDF on your device. Nothing is saved after you close the tab, so download the PDF first.

    How do I send the report to my client?

    Download the PDF, then attach it to an email or a message from your phone. Photos are reduced to 1600 pixels before they go into the PDF, so the file stays small enough to email.

    Can I use it for move-in, cleaning, or maintenance inspections?

    Yes. Change the report title to "Move-in Inspection", "Cleaning Report", or "Maintenance Visit" and add one item per room or task you checked.
