What the paid version does
- Your templates. Set up your checklist once, and every new report starts from it.
- Signed on site, emailed automatically. The client signs on your screen, and the PDF goes to their email address without you attaching anything.
- Team accounts. Every inspector on your team writes reports under your company name.

Data controller: Fluxenic Inc., Tokyo. We use your email and answers only to write to you about Blink Inspection Report and to decide what to build, and delete them within a year. Some providers, including Cloudflare and Anthropic, process them in the United States. You can withdraw consent by replying to any of our emails or by writing to tomoya.fujita@fluxenic.com. Pay by link
If you tick “Reserve now” from the US, or for a business in the EU or UK with a VAT number, we email you a payment link for $29 (first month) within 24 hours. From other countries you can join the list, but not reserve.

Blink Inspection Report is delivered by 29 November 2026, or you get a full refund.

What could delay it
Blink Inspection Report is in development. We build first what people reserve, so a date can slip. If Blink Inspection Report isn't delivered by 29 November 2026, every payment is refunded in full.

What does joining the early list cost?
Nothing. You leave your email address and get an email when Blink Inspection Report opens.
How do I get the client's signature until then?
The free Inspection Report tool has a signature box: the client signs on your phone, and the signature goes into the PDF. You then email the PDF yourself.
