Blink Seats early access

Lay out the room, keep the chart current as RSVPs change, and send the venue one link instead of a new PDF after every change.

What the paid version does

  • Drag-and-drop floor plan. Place the tables where they stand in the room, then drag guests between them.
  • RSVP changes applied automatically. When a guest's answer changes, the chart changes with it. You don't redo the plan by hand.
  • A share link for the venue. The venue opens the current chart from one link.

How reserving works

  1. Join the list

Leave your email. Tick “Reserve now” to hold a place.

  2. Pay by link

If you tick “Reserve now” from the US, or for a business in the EU or UK with a VAT number, we email you a payment link for $19 (one event) within 24 hours. From other countries you can join the list, but not reserve.

  3. Get it by 15 November 2026

Blink Seats is delivered by 15 November 2026, or you get a full refund.

Who builds it

Fluxenic Inc., a company in Tokyo, Japan, builds Blink Seats. It also publishes Blink Brief and its free tools.

About Fluxenic

What could delay it

Blink Seats is in development. We build first what people reserve, so a date can slip. If Blink Seats isn't delivered by 15 November 2026, every payment is refunded in full.

Seating your guests this week? The free Seating Chart tool turns your guest list CSV into table assignments that keep households together, and prints an escort-card list and a list per table.

Which price is for me?

Planning your own wedding: $19 for the event. Planning events for clients: $15 a month.

What does the free Seating Chart tool do today?

Paste or upload your guest list, set the seats per table, and it seats each household together. Move anyone, then download a CSV or print an A–Z escort-card list and a list per table. Choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog for a PDF. Your list stays in your browser.
