Where the vendors' own pages disagree

  • Reclaim: the Starter card says 3 calendar syncs; the comparison table on the same page says unlimited.
  • CalendarBridge: the yearly cards limit calendars to 2, 5, and 8; the monthly cards say "Add Unlimited Calendars". The signup page gives a 7-day trial; a help post from August 2026 says 14 days.
  • SyncGene: the pricing page gives new free accounts a 7-day trial with automatic sync; the FAQ says automatic sync is off on free accounts.

Ask the vendor before you buy if one of these limits decides it for you.

No tool at all: what Google and Outlook do on their own

Free/busy sharing and published calendars show your busy times in another calendar without a paid tool, one direction at a time. Subscribed calendars refresh on the provider's schedule, not when you change an event. The step-by-step guide covers each built-in option and exactly what it shows.

For a one-off copy, the free Busy Calendar tool turns an .ics file into a version with only Busy blocks, which you import into the other calendar.
