Contact sheet makers compared: price, watermark, PDF export, file names, and client proofing (2026)

By Blink Brief · Prices and limits read on  · How pages are made

Ten ways to put a shoot on printable pages, from free browser tools to Adobe Bridge and Lightroom Classic. They differ most in what the free version lets you download, whether it adds a credit line, whether it opens RAW files, and whether your client can pick photos from a link. Every price and limit below comes from the vendor's own page, read on 2026-11-02.

Short answer

  • Free PDF with file names and no watermark: ImgTweak in the browser ("No watermark"), and Adobe Bridge, a free desktop download (No Watermark is its default). Make Contact Sheet is free too; its page doesn't say whether exports carry a mark.
  • Free, with a credit line: ContactSheetKit (up to 30 images a sheet, A4) and PhotoPartage ("Created with PhotoPartage").
  • Client picks from a link: ContactSheetMaker Ultimate and ContactSheetKit Ultimate, $19/month each; PhotoPartage from €4.99/month. Make Contact Sheet gives you a free HTML gallery file to send instead.
  • Pay once: Make A Sheet Lifetime, $49, adds PDF export. Hangar, a Mac and Windows app, is $45 for one computer after a 3-day trial.
