WiseStamp alternatives (2026): free and cheaper email signature tools for one person or a team

By Blink Brief · Updated  · How pages are made

WiseStamp has a free plan, but only for one person on a personal webmail address, with a WiseStamp line under the signature. A work address needs a paid plan: $9 a month for one person, or $17 to $24 a month for five, billed yearly. For one person with a work address, SyncSignature's free plan or a free generator with copy and paste costs nothing. For a team, Signitic is free up to 19 employees with its badge, and MySignature Teams ($12 a month for 5) and SyncSignature Teams ($15 for up to 5) cost less than WiseStamp. All seven tools below were priced on their own pages on 3 November 2026.

Short answer

  • One person, personal Gmail or Outlook.com address: WiseStamp Free (with its line), SyncSignature Free, MySignature Free, or a free generator.
  • One person, work address: SyncSignature Free or a free generator and copy and paste. Paid plans for one person start at $54 a year on Newoldstamp, or $6 a month on SyncSignature Solo and MySignature Professional Core.

Work out the cost for your team

Minimums and bands change the order as a team grows: Exclaimer and CodeTwo charge for at least 10 people, WiseStamp's Basic for at least 3, and MySignature and Newoldstamp sell in sizes such as 5, 10 and 15. Enter your team's size to see each plan's price from the table.

Team cost calculator

To work it out by hand:

  1. Count the people who send email with the signature.
  2. Raise the count to each tool's minimum: 10 for Exclaimer and CodeTwo, 3 for WiseStamp Basic, 5 for MySignature Teams.
  3. Multiply by the price per user in the table, and add WiseStamp's base price ($19 on Basic, or $9 on Pro+, which includes the first person).

Rolling out to a team: Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

What each vendor's pricing page says its team plans do:

  • WiseStamp Basic and up: "Connect WiseStamp to Google Workspace to install signatures, add new hires, and keep employee details current automatically", and the same through Microsoft Entra. Platform adds "Server-side integration". Pro+ has "One-click Gmail & Outlook Sync", 1 admin and 3 templates.
  • SyncSignature Teams: "Auto install for Google Workspace", "Auto install for Microsoft 365" and Google Workspace directory sync. Solo is "copy and paste only, with no automatic install, directory sync, or central admin."
  • MySignature Teams: "Automations for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365", aimed at "companies and organizations with over 5 people".
  • Signitic: lists Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and "requires a connection to your email service (like Gmail or Outlook)".
  • Newoldstamp: its pricing page lists integration with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
  • Exclaimer: "Centrally managed email signatures, organization-wide" on every plan, from 10 users.
  • CodeTwo: Microsoft 365 only, with "Signatures added in the cloud (with user preview) or directly in Outlook as users type".

How each one reaches the mailbox, server-side or by add-in, is in the full table of email signature tools for teams compared. To do it with no tool, Gmail and Outlook's own settings are in the team signature guide.

What you lose leaving WiseStamp, and what happens to your signature

From WiseStamp's pricing page, the paid plans include an "AI Signature Designer" and installation through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (Basic, $19 a month plus $1 per employee). Grow ($49 plus $1 per employee) adds "Campaigns" with "targeted banners", "Analytics" to "Track clicks, engagement, and conversion metrics", rules that swap signatures for replies and forwards, and an employee hub. Some cheaper tools include banners too: SyncSignature puts "banner campaigns, and click analytics" on its base Teams plan, and Signitic's free plan has 1 banner campaign. If you use them, check the plan you'd pick on the vendor's page.

The signature itself doesn't stay. WiseStamp's help center says:

  • After a trial: "Once the trial period ends, your signatures will no longer be active in your email client." Also: "your email signature may lose its formatting, and images might be replaced with an 'IMAGE NOT FOUND' graphic." And: "An expired trial does not become a Free plan account."
  • After cancelling a paid plan: you keep the paid features to the end of the billing period. "Once the billing period ends, you will no longer have access to your WiseStamp dashboard and signatures." Your data is kept unless you delete the account, so you can come back.

So before your trial or plan ends, make the new signature with your logo stored on your own website, paste it into Gmail or Outlook, and send yourself a test. A logo that loads from your site keeps working whichever tool you use next.

Free for one person: a generator and copy and paste

One person doesn't need a tool that installs signatures. A generator makes the signature once, you paste it into Gmail or Outlook, and it works for as long as your logo link does. The free options differ in what they ask of you:

  • WiseStamp Free: personal webmail only, its line on your signature, and you install it with WiseStamp's own methods, since "Copy and paste is only available on paid plans."
  • SyncSignature Free: one template, copy and paste, and its branding can be removed.
  • MySignature Free: 1 signature per email address; the paid Professional plans add "no MySignature branding".
  • Blink Brief's Email Signature generator: no account, and what you type stays in your browser. The small "Made with Blink Brief" link is optional.

What none of them does is change the signature for you later: a new phone number or logo means making and pasting it again. For 5 people, that's 5 pastes each time.

Our tools: the free generator, and a team version in development

The free Email Signature generator is for one person at a time: fill in your name, title, phone and website, add a logo from a public https:// link, and press Copy signature to paste it into Gmail or Outlook. No sign-up. It doesn't install signatures for a team, keep them in sync, or show banners.

Our product · in development

Blink Email Signature for teams is planned to roll one signature with your logo out to the whole team in Gmail and Outlook, and update it for everyone in one place. Planned price: $15/month for 5 people. It isn't available yet; join the early list to get an email when it opens.

Questions

Is there a free alternative to WiseStamp?

Yes. For one person, SyncSignature's free plan has one template with copy and paste and lets you remove its branding, and MySignature's free plan allows 1 signature per email address. For a team of up to 19, Signitic is free with its badge at the bottom of each signature. A free generator, such as Blink Brief's Email Signature generator, makes a signature to paste with no account at all.

Is WiseStamp free?

Partly. Its help center describes a Free plan that "lets one person create and use a single email signature at no cost", for personal webmail only, such as Gmail, Outlook.com or Yahoo, with a "Create your own email signature with WiseStamp" line on the signature. Business email on your own domain needs a paid plan. The 14-day trial is separate, and an expired trial doesn't become a Free plan account.

How much does WiseStamp cost for a team?

Basic is $19 a month plus $1 per employee, with a minimum of 3 seats, billed yearly: $24 a month for 5 people, $29 for 10. Pro+ is $9 a month with 1 seat included, plus $2 for each team member you add, up to 10: $17 a month for 5. Prices from WiseStamp's pricing page and help center on 3 November 2026.

WiseStamp vs MySignature: which is cheaper?

MySignature, for 1 person and for 5. For 5 people, MySignature Teams Standard is $12 a month against $17 on WiseStamp Pro+ or $24 on Basic. For one person, MySignature Professional Core is $6 a month against $9 on WiseStamp Pro+. All of these are billed yearly, and both have a free plan for one person.

Can I keep my WiseStamp signature if I cancel?

Not as a working WiseStamp signature. WiseStamp's help says that after you cancel you keep access until the end of the billing period, and then "you will no longer have access to your WiseStamp dashboard and signatures." After a trial, "your signatures will no longer be active in your email client", and the signature "may lose its formatting, and images might be replaced with an 'IMAGE NOT FOUND' graphic." WiseStamp keeps your data if you come back. Before you leave, make a new signature with your logo hosted on your own website.
